Electronic Arts is employing the beginning of the phrase “Where I come from…” as the new catchphrase of their new advertising campaign for the NCAA 11 game.

“Where I come from…laterals are for rugby.” So says John Elway in one of many national and regional advertising spots Electronic Arts will be airing in the coming weeks to promote their new NCAA 11 game. The catchphrase will be different for different parts of the country and will be uttered by a variety of people in an attempt to identify the various quirks of regions around the country where college football fans are most fanatical.

Other former college football stars scheduled to participate in the campaign are Ronnie Lott, Tim Tebow and Desmond Howard.
