After Edward Norton’s divorce from Marvel, Mark Ruffalo is on the verge of being tabbed as the new Bruce Banner aka – the Incredible Hulk – in “The Avengers”.

After Edward Norton’s messy divorce from Marvel [citing irreconciliable differences, most likely], actor Mark Ruffalo [“13 Going On 30”] is on the verge of being tabbed as the new Bruce Banner aka the Incredible Hulk in the upcoming film “The Avengers”. Reportedly, Marvel and Norton were not seeing eye-to-eye on the direction of the storyline and development of the Banner/Hulk character and Marvel decided to go another direction with Ruffalo in the role

Ruffalo is currently starring in “The Kids Are All Right”.
